EoC 2011 EXE
INSTALLATION:ACADEMY FILES

First make sure that Jedi Academy is fully installed.
Also make sure that the latest patch for Jedi Academy is also applied .

INSTALLATION:OUTCAST FILES
*************
Outcast does not have to be installed on your computer.

From the JK2 base folder OR the game CD (the asset pk3's can be copied from the CD, path on the CD gamedata/base)

1.Copy the assets0.pk3, assets1.pk3, assets2.pk3, !! TO YOUR DESKTOP !!

2.Rename the pk3 files by adding a 0_ (btw that's a zero)

(example) 0_assets0.pk3, 0_assets1.pk3, 0_assets2.pk3

3.Put the pk3 files in C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy\GameData\base folder.

To get updated pk3 files to 1.04 you will have to install the outcast and update then follow this procedure.

Install EoC-S-E

Now its time to customize the server. So go into the EoC-S-E folder and open EoC-S-E-Server.cfg with like notepad or wordpad. Make any changes that you need, like setting the server name, password, number of players, default map on start, map rotation, etc..


next send to desktop

EoC-S-EDed.exe

create a shortcut to the EoC-S-EDed.exe. After you create the shortcut, right click on the shortcut, and choose Properties. Then in the Target field copy and paste this,


"C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy\GameData\EoC-S-EDed.exe" +set fs_game EoC-S-E +set net_port 29070 +exec EoC-S-E-Server.cfg


now send shortcut of the 2 bat files to desktop.

EoC-S-E mp.bat
EoC-S-E sp.bat
